Before Applying for Return/Refund!
Make sure:
- You Apply for Return/Refund within 7 working days of dispatch date.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all the accessories (if any), in same condition as we sent it to you.
- Product has Return/Refund policy, if any product doesn’t have return/refund policy then it would be mentioned on product details page.
- NOTE: In case of any shortage of stock random color or similar design will be delivered and will not be exchange or refundable.
Received Defective/Wrong Product?
If you have received defective product/wrong product (for i.e. size, specification etc) by GrabThedeal mistake, or the product is not as per the mentioned description on the website (except for colors):
- We will exchange the product with same or different product or get refund (read refund policy and charges below).
- You have to courier the parcel to us through TCS on our address given on the flyer as shipper address (parcel sending charges will be paid by customer).
- After receiving defective/wrong parcel we will exchange or issue refund as per our policy.
You Didn’t Like the Product?
If you have received correct product and you didn’t like the product then:
- You can exchange it with any other product or get refund (read refund policy and charges below).
- You have to courier the parcel to us through TCS on our address given on the flyer as shipper address (parcel sending charges will be paid by customer).
- After receiving parcel we will exchange or issue refund as per our policy.
Refund Policy
If you have want refund then following conditions apply:
- Refund will only be issued within 7 working days of dispatch date.
- Courier Service Charges will be deducted from the order amount and rest will be refunded.
- Refund will only be issued via Easy Paisa at customer easy paisa account number Or via Easy Paisa directly at customer CNIC Number.
Only the product amount is refundable courier charges or parcel sending charges are not refundable.
